'Sup.
Now that I have your attention, I'd just like to say, its annoying to see a dozen threads pop up asking the same thing, and I'm sure everyone else who frequent the forum agree on that point. Part of me felt a topic like this might be needed(assuming people do pay attention to it, of course). So before you post your suggestion please take your time and look through the section if it has been asked before. Then you could bump*1 that topic so it gets attention, rather than making a completely new topic. That makes the forum has less duplicates that hog down the forum, and it also saves you from getting bad critique(sp) on your topic if its something thats been commonly asked for, and what people consider a "waste of time".
After all, its not fun have alot of people jump your throat saying, "This suggestion sucks, this has already been asked before, this will never happen because <reason>.", right? So save us, the readers, and yourself some trouble. Look through the forum and reply to the already existing threads, even if they are old and withered. Remember! There is no rule that says you cannot reply to a thread a year ago if its relevant to the thread(and no newer thread exists) as long as you aren't spamming! :>
What makes a good suggestion and a bad suggestion?
A good suggestion*2 is something that could improve the game and make it better and add enjoyment to it, but it isn't the impossible:* Fuseable glasses and capes. This is something we of course just love. And it happened very recently. Very enjoyable. Alongside the company doesn't lose anything on this suggestion. Rather, it adds to people buying certain of these items just for the sake of fusing. More flames, more sales! A very simple(on the outside) that happened, and changed alot of the game to just the better.* Bring back <myshop item>! This is also something that one could enjoy. Oldies might not, as they like the "rarity novelty" items carry. But if there is an item you really want back, write about it, and if people follow and enough attention is given, the company very well might add them. Happened to Kooh and Arin after all.
A bad suggestion*3 is something that is a major addon to the game, that is not in relation to something we have. Part of it might be impossible for many reasons. Usually the main reason is the time needed for your idea to come true. Now, this necessarily doesnt mean your idea is crap! But remember, big changes usually don't go well with majority players and you can see alot of bad critique(sp).* Tradeable Myshop. This is something we sure would like(for the times we can't afford it or whatnot). But there is alot of complications with this. And the main answer is; Money. If Myshop were tradeable, the company would lose out on sales as less people would buy. And the ingame market would suffer as those who would be controlling it, would be the "cash shop sellers". As this has been suggested so many times and not happened(and likely won't ever happen as it can be seen) its best to avoid posting topics in this fashion.* New Races/Classes(beyound the original races/classes path). As cool as playing as a new type of character is, its a big change we're talking here. Remember they'd have to develop new skills for not only 1st, but 2nd and 3rd jobs for each new race. And also make sure they work together with the current ones we have. And lastly, they'd have to design 1st, 2nd and 3rd jobs along with making artworks for them. Its alot of stuff for such a little effect on the game where the time and money could be used on expanding the already low amount of areas the game offer, as an example.
So you got a suggestion? Great!
If you are confident your suggestion is a good one that people would like, and isn't something impossible, sure, why not post it? But remember one thing. Details! Thats something you need to include when writing a suggestion. As simple as saying, "I want a new map for high levels." won't do much. So they make a map, with some Lv300 mobs that explode and is less fun than anything. Happy with that? I wouldn't. If you want a new map/area, you could always explain in details how you'd want it to be. Or would you want a wedding system? Don't just say, "I want a wedding system!", say how you would want it to work! =P
Final Words.
Hopefully my guide to suggestions help some, and make both suggestions appear better, and less "bad" suggestions frequent. Remember one thing thou! This guide in no way represent the views of the company of what is possible/impossible, nor is it a guarantee that even if you write a full detail suggestion that the suggestion would come ingame. This guide is a mere help on making you sure of what you could suggest that would work, and whatnot work, and as I mentioned at the start, what suggestions would attract less bad critique. :>
Enjoy.
*1: A bump is when you post in a topic that is very old.*2,3: It is from personal perspective of course.
Mm... So true about the repeated topics coming up over and over again, especially about new jobs and stuff.
A great guide indeed. +1

i suggest to have manual patching in Trickster Game..Bitlord file or normal downloading...because some player have a hard time or they have some problem on patching the game...even the connection is good but when patching on game its to slow.
lol i +1 this idea too but it requires a person diligent enough to edit the board like ever hour of every day XD haha anyone willing to do that? D= lol

Silly you. It wasn't a suggestion, its a guideline topic to prevent you an eyefull(since you cant say earful unless people post voiceclips). xP
No offence, but all I see is a big block of text. It's really hard to read it. Other than that, nice post.

Thanks for the feedback. I added a few more linebreaks, to separate the more "thick" blocks. Hopefully its more easy on the eyes for people now. :>
