Windows Vista Sound, Login issues -sigh-

Ok, I have had windows vista for a long time now, and i used to play trickster fine maybe a couple of months ago o_o. So now i decide why dont i play trickster again, I download everything and when the installation finished i let the patcher finish and started. *Surprised* The sound didnt work, so i logged off and logged back in, *Fail* Exceptional error when i click Start Game. So i took the patience to reinstall it again, and it worked but EVERY single time i log off ONCE i get a exceptional error, and the sounds STILL doesnt work while i log on. So the only time i can actually get trickster to work is once i reinstall it ALL OVER AGAIN o_o. And the sound, doesnt work. I did take the time to look around the forums * A lot of time* And i tried, playing that video thing failed, instead of getting exceptional error trickster just shut down on me ._. So my two problems are, Why isnt my Trickster client working, and why do i get a exeptional error before i even get in the game? second question is, Where the freak is my dang sound?

Ps. I have a strong feeling someone is gonna ask me to post my computer specs, no idea what that is but i DO know My OS Is Windows Vista, my graphic cards IS up to date, and i think the problem is GameGuard >.> (I"m gonna hunt gameguard down....) Okay give me solutions Please! =D

 

Oh i made this seem like it's my computer, It's my older sisters computer and Trickster works fine on mines (Cause i aint got Vista Mwhahaha!)

But either way it's still as important!

Use the search button please. This has been mentioned hundreds of times. A quick and simple way to fix it is to just play something with sound (music or a youtube video), while you are loading your Trickster Online client.

i have windows vista and my sound isnt working either, this comp is only a year old and on my old on trickster sound worked..i dont really know what to say but..a game without sound is very very boring..

I found this website, it explains alot about both your issues, and it gives you a link to another site that should help with the sound. I have the same sound issue that you do, and it worked for me.
