missing rewards....

hi jasper24 here... sorry for the inconvenience but some of the rewards of the popourri event are missing....

here is the list:

1.) my 2 gacha coin and small popurri dolls camp house in stage 2

2.)  my 2K points in the stage 4 but i got the sprint and the dolls (wierd o.o)

3.) the 5 gacha coin and the 2K points but i got poporicha (WOW)

 

my question is why?  why are these things havent been given to me? the rest I have gotten but the points and the coins? why havent you given it to me.....Im not saying that ntreev is greedy with all of these things being rewarded i have no doubt that ntreev is a very giving person but why didnt you give us the points and gacha? is there something wrong in your system if you do please fix it... >.<

I got all of my stage prizes just fine. Most people make these threads already having the rewards and just want some extra points by saying they got nothing.

I think it is, because those people I know that get bugs about events said that they got all of the poppuri prizes.
