The game is more alive than ever.
A lot of maps have been added so there are new places for folks to grind.
Love,

Last night I partied with some people in SW forest who were 4o~5o. Level 33 in SW ftw. o.O
Then I partied with some people in Oops, made a royal party, got kicked, and made a fantasy party with a friend. Two people job advanced that night.
My friend and I are almost Bards. Yayy
It seems fine.
Hunni:i came back from 7months break from trickster and i don't see lot of people who are below lvl 60 around. like when the game first came out, i would see like Tons of people in path to oops wharf looking for parties and lvling around, but i see like 1 or 2 people in the server there. I also don't see lot of party requests :| T_T what's happening to trickster
People aren't going to stay level 60 forever, they eventually level up and start training somewhere else. You also could have been on at a bad time because on the occasion that I do go there I see quite a few people there.
if the server is growing :| there should be new comers but if we are only seeing people with high lvls, that means the server isn't growing anymore :|
which is a real let down ._.
there's some reasons why it's like this
from when you were playing(7 months ago), there were more lower lvl people, or people who actually had more to do
as time went on, they leveled, did quests, events, etc.
this means that as they did more, there's less for them to do <- makes sense, right?
specifically for your situation of no players below lvl60, they don't stay at the same lvl. they level up more and move on. and at level 80, they can use a booster, so the gap widens even more. at around the lower 200s, there's not much more for them to do
there also have been some changes to the game that people don't like, such as the new boss system. and drama. recent hapenings that upset people might have contributed to their not wanting to play.
hope that explains what you were asking about
We just had someone hit the level cap of 400 recently too.
I think the reason you're not seeing the new players in the usual areas is because with the Revolution patches and episodes there are different areas to grind in. New players are following the quests rather than the old grind spots.
