To anyone that gripes about an advertisement, I read the official forum rules and it does not state that I cannot advertise a fansite here.  Also, if the Tricksternet thread is legal, so is mine.

1000 post? I've never even achieved that on any forum, even ones I've visited for several years. I can understand the member count but do you really want the forums spammed that much? It'd also be better if you could contribute and have a higher ratio of winning such as creating guides or adding to the wiki.

Question thou; do you guys have way to see through proxies? As I'd assume people would use proxies to reg multiple accounts in order to pass by.

Regarding proxies, yeah, we have ways of checking.  Yes, 1000 posts is a lot per user (especially of non-spam content), but the prize isn't exactly small.  It's very achievable, though - it just depends on how bad people want that prize.

 

Is there a time limit for this event? Or will it start when you hit 10,000 users.....

1000 posts will take alot of time if your not spaming. I don't even have 1000 posts on here and I've been here a while.

If you get 15 (or more) of your guild members to sign up, we'll give you your own guild forum.  Check out the Administrative Requests forum for proper request format =] 

@Abyss:  The drawing will be held within 24 hours of hitting 10k members.  Note that I'm using the member count on the "Member List" page, not the bottom of the forum.  Members only show up on the list once they've posted once.  I'm also rebuilding the post counts right before the drawing - so if someone's had 100 posts deleted as spam they won't count towards the final postcount.
