What the hell are you people doing?! It's been months since I wrote my first three reports and still being processed?! Now I'm going to report again! Another thing you need to really really fix! Your game is very easy to I love you!. I was hacked just now. And fortunately I did a good move. I changed the password while the hacker is still using my account. My friend followed him while 'hacking' my account and saw that the hacker is throwing everything in my char's inventory. After 5-10 mins of following he went offline. I wasnt expecting him to get online again because as i said earlier, i changed the password. Then I went online... everything is really gone.. no more..He deleted everything! Even my MyShop ITEMS! Curse him! Everything is gone even my friends.. every friend got deleted! OMG! Curse him whoever he is! Still, in this incident.. fortunately, the hacker was not able to delete ALL my chars unlike in the last hacking incident,, all chars were deleted... Wah! still im so unfortunate! hacked for the third time! now im going to create another account and will NEVER talk to anyone!Go fix the security of the game! GO FIX THE SECURITY OF THE GAME!

First and foremost, did you, did you not, ever share your account information to someone else? I don't care if it's family or best friend so as long it's something that have the intelligence equal of or greater than human (and alive).
Second. did you, did you not, ever download any suspicious software or browse into possibly harmful sites? If so scan your computer with latest antivirus for any possible logger.
Third and last, you claim you have been "hacked" three times, what were your action each time?

you may have had a keylogger.
You should regualy scan your computer.
But if it is as you say they you may need to wait even longer for any action

Hmm.. i'm not sure if my friend knows my user/pass.. but still, even if she knows them, she would never do such thing.. she's one of my best friends.. we are in the same school and i really really trust her.
The first and second time i was hacked.. i was using vista. then i shifted to xp...

hackers are cheats they don't just use other players characters but in the game if you are playing in the boss room with them they get the kill and the boss seals and items everytime i have seen this and know it's true why play the game if you are just cheating your way through it i mean what is the sense in that and what is the sense in destroying other peoples characters so you can say what look at me i am top in everthing it doesn't work if you I love you! and cheat then you are being a nobody because that means you don't have what it takes to play the game i mean look in mega and see who is selling oodles of gold items or other rare equips just look around and you will know who is hacking and who isn't and scan computer weekly for hackers or viruses would hate to see someones c omputer get crashed sorry it happened to you but if you use vista then keep up your firewalls that can help protect from hackers and watch which e-mails you open a lot of id theft too so be careful what you do online and where you go well gtg c ya

lol sry to spoil the world for you, but this is what the world is like. There are people in this world that find humor in doing such things as ruining other people's lives even if it is cruel and unusual. There is nothing we as honest people can do about it, but learn to accept and push past it.
p.s. just because ppl are selling rare equips doesnt mean they are hacking 0_0 lol they could just be uber high lvl pros haha

The term "hacker" is very over used. Generally it's just script kiddys or people who have absolutely no experience with computers... They only know how to trick someone into accepting files of pre-made trojans/keyloggers.
Never rely on your on-drive anti virus system for a short term already suspected infected issue.
