    Update.

Ok so I know that it seems likea long time since the last update on the 1:1 but we are nearing the completedNew 1:1 report system.

Changing the way that thereports are handled is a lengthy process, including the writing of new code, testing, restructuring, all while making sure that the data is kept correct anddisplayed in a useable format.

While we do not like the waitany more than you, the community, do the time that is being put into the systemon the front end will save time on the back end meaning that 1:1’s will behandled faster and more accurately.

While the system is beingrestructured 1:1’s are being handled with the old system, but the system isless functional and takes more time so 1:1’s are not currently handled at arate which we find acceptable.  The new1:1 system will provide a dramatically improved response time for the 1:1’sthere will definitely be noticeable difference.

I thank you for your patiencewhile we finish up the new system.

I will continue to update you as I receive moreinformation.  My next post here will have an absolute date, and won’t takeanywhere near a month to before you see it.

    Raven

P.S   Ifyou have anything that needs a 1:1 report Please submit a report.  Submitting multiple reports for the same issueis only helpful if the additional report(s) contain additional pertinentinformation not included on the original.

Re: Good news for those concerned about the 1:1 support tool.

First of all, Thanks for making a new system and Raven, thanks for informing us.

I do have some questions though:

Its my understand that 1:1 suppport cases submitted under the old/current system are being gone through, but that its a slow process, thus most of us still have very old 1:1's that haven't been taken care of.  When the new system is implemented I am assuming we will no longer be able to submit 1:1's through the old system, but how will the existing 1:1's be handled?

For expample: a- Will the new the new system be capable of automaticly transfering the old 1:1's to the new system, thus speeding up the resolution time on existing 1:1's?  or b- Will we be required as individuals to manualy transfer our 1:1's?(I wish to point out that this would be unfair as ther is no way for us to view out 1:1 submissions after the fact, and I doubt all of us saved another copy of all our information you provided.  Some of the 1:1's are so old all of us probably cna't remember some of the finer details involved at the time months ago.)

Actualy now that I go today and click on 1:1 I am taken to a Completly difrent screen than I been directed too in the past difrent screen than I have been in the past, and my old 1:1 is not on that screen.  Is my old 1:1 gone with no response?  Can I not see it because I'm being taken to a difren 1;1 Tool? Whats going on??

Raven, I (and probably others) would greatly apreciate if you could help us with some of our questions.
