There's no limit.  You can fuse and refuse as many times as you wish.  However, if you fuse a new image item on to something that has already been fused, you will lose what ever was originally used as the image item completely.

For example, if I gave my friend the Ancient Shield I fused while making this guide, and she messed up and fused her shield to it instead of the other way around, the image item would be replaced and the Ancient Shield's look lost forever.

Meaning:


A+B = A stats but B's image. (which becomes AB)

And u take the AB and fuse it with C    AB+C = AB stats C's image. (Which becomes ABC)

Can this be done?

Is is possible to fuse pharoah hat or GLS which are both level 35 using chaos feathers? Or are their levels too low?

Yes. But you lose the image that made it become B, so its pretty much AB -> AC.

Chaos Feathers are used for tempering, which is a different system opposed of Fusion. Also, Unique equipments as of now(Pharaoh Items, Sacrifice Items, Tenter Items, Pirate Items, Shining Crystal Items) cannot be fused nor tempered.
