The only thing I've seen anywhere about anything being against the rules as far as being over-used is:

Terms of Use:

Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Services. For example, disrupting the flow of chat in chat rooms with vulgar language, abusiveness, hitting the return key repeatedly, so the screen goes by too fast to read, use of excessive SHOUTING (all caps) in an attempt to disturb other users, "spamming," or flooding (continuous posting repetitive text), are prohibited.

Which in no way specifies the megaphone.

Are you seriously suggesting this guy "give" you MyShop points?  You realize that's not even possible, right?  He can gift you items, but certainly not give you points.

[edit] Come to think of it, he can't gift you ANYTHING because he's banned which means he can't log in to gift you anything.  Sheesh!  <.<

And what's up with that part about GMs being unable to ban you if you don't use megaphones?  You realize that's completely irrelevant--no, what am I saying?  If you realized that, you wouldn't have said it.

Guy was banned because he couldn't behave. Guy got banned multiple times because he couldn't behave. Thats all there is to it.

I wish people was more careful about what they do, after the first warning. Alongside that discussing account states/bans is -not- for the forum. He told us he was banned for Penalty Cumulative(sp) and thats all of a discussion that would be even legit. Discussion beyound that, is not.
