What is this??? Is there a glitch in the set, since it says all the equips should be for lvl 70 and have 3~4 compound slots, yet...its for lvl 30 and the stats..goodness >.<. And what is with the new event....2 protein candies,1 master authority,and etc., yet its only for new charcters...O_o? ; ...if so then why does everyone get the new lvl up assistant...>.<. This is not my type of event...i want those prizes. ....sigh >.<

Well none of my chars were created after, so all of them were new characters created before today.

is it me or are the names of the vests mixed up? I hovered over the items and for the Pirate's vest, it says its the 2nd Anniversary Vest (requirement lvl 120) and the 2nd Anniversary Vest is named Pirate's vest (requirement lvl 30).....

The "Pirate" vest also equips as an accessory. :C

I haven't tried the other vest yet.
