    pinged for (not) cheating?

"You've been disconnected for using an unauthorised 3rd party application, Any attempt at such application may result in permanent accout closure"

Was having troubles connecting for a while immediately after the new pet was added ("Exceptional Error" before I even sign in) and had to reinstall and manually force an file check to eventually get it to connect. Then when I finally get in I get this message. I haven't changed anything and the only programs I'm running out of the ordinary are Opera and Eggdrop (running from the Windows command line, but running on an entirely different port to the game - it's just an IRC bot and should not interfere). One other thing I've done is fix my AVG8 Free Edition (it's been playing up, but I fixed it after I started having problems getting in.

I've run Opera (a web browser for the technologically unaware) and Eggdrop with the game running for some time (Eggdrop came before I even got the game, actually) with no consequence, so I very seriously doubt that's the problem. AVG8 is the only thing I can think of, but it doesn't even have active protection, so it couldn't possibly be blocking it in any way. My account doesn't appear to have been hacked, so can somebody tell me what might be causing this?
