WHATS BETTER HV OR HP RACCOON??
IF ITS BETTER WHAT SKILL IS THE BEST FOR IT??

 

I don't think there's any "best" skill for HP, but for HV, at least in PvM, it's Wild Nails.

HP racoon does have moar HP

HV racoon does have moar HV

If you go HP raccoon and hybrid (duke), you get Siren Song, an erratic AoE skill based on HP and DP.

and if u go pure, ur hp atk is powercharging and impelling rage, so either ways you get 2 skills

but yea, hv raccoon has more skills that is amplified by hv than hp skills amplified by hp

the only thing that is different about hp skills is that well some1 cant sticky icky/ sticky foot/ lock on u 2 lower ur dmg, while u can still lower hp skills, but u have 2 dmg them but they could always spam pots
