so i took about a year break from trickster. i came back and logged in and started to play just fine. i wanted to make an in-game myshop purchase but when i picked the amount and method of payment, i got an error saying to send an email with 7768 or something like that in the subject line. i didnt mind it so i decided to go make a payment through the website. problem is i cant even log in with my id. it gives me an "access denied. please send an email to accountadmin@(something) with 7767 in the subject line). so right about now im frustrated. and i had to make a whole new account just to buy myshop points or even post a topic on the forums! (yes including this one right now) in total ive made about 2 characters just so i can gift myself myshop points cause my main account cant even log in to the site! funny thing is that those other 2 accounts also have the same message when i try to recharge points. basically i can only buy points once then start a whole new account!!
Sorry if this seems more like venting/ranting. I just wanted to know if anyone has a solution or has had the same problem i had. Because frankly, doing this process is tedious and annoying.
