Rares were won on both September 15th and September 16th, and nobody who spent their coins on those days had any more or less of a chance to win a rare. Yes, there was an issue with the Gacha system which was causing the "connection lost" message, but once again that did not cause anyone to lose any coins, and was resolved as soon as possible

Well, that's exactly the point Killigrew was trying to make; we want you to indicate to us which player you are in the list, so that we don't target you by mistake. The last thing we would want is to ban a legitimate player who is trying to report an exploit to us. Of course, it would be checked manually with our internal tools before anything
