I am hearing that NTREEV.NET will close pangya on 9 December 2009. Can you confirm or deny this?
Based on reading Loki's posts I'd say, NO its not closing....(from two separate posts)

Do not believe in rumors. That is just a tactic for everyone to stop spending money on Ntreev, which leads to server closure.
We have to give hope for Ntreev to continue running this server by making "donations" (buying Ntreev Points). They're doing a great job for hosting the game so you should support them.

NTREEV.NET is highly unlikely to close down, but about PangyaUSA, it's all about the contract and profits... hackers were never a direct cause of game closure, and if the game is still making an acceptable margin of profit, i dont see any other reason for the game to get closed. however, if the contract isnt renewed, then i'd say yeah they'll be closing it...

As a subsidiary of Ntreev KR, I don't think there is a contract between them, but I agree with you there is certain goals that Ntreev US has to achieve in order to keep it running. (According to GM Loki recently comment, they were just doing fine.)
As my opinion, Ntreev US is unlikely to go into closure in near future since GOA is milking us indeed. Considering the Pangya Season 4 contract with GOA, Ntreev KR will have to provide technical support to them by that time, and I do believe US server and GOA will have a similar version to each other. That is despite the likelihood of the closure, Ntreev has to deal with the cost to build an English version any way, and it doesn't make any sense for Ntreev KR to bear all the cost, shunt down Ntreev US and leave all the cake to GOA.

well you cant belive that rumor cause look at the updates they done so far they done a lot of updates
and to top it off x2 scrachy rare and free gacha coins for every 5k point use and free comets
That's just some stupid thing that people are talking all the time because they hate ntreev for some problems in the game. And they just one that people go too other server. Well i think that ntreev will fix all the stuff and go on 100% if we support them. Just give it some time.
