The unfortunate possibility is that it was gifted on purchase back in Season 2/3 and the receiver - the guy we're talking about - was literally a Rookie F with 0 experience and didn't gain any until after successfully migrating.
However if Ntreev can tell whether or not an account was migrated, they'll know.

Awww well, I remembered on the day before the last update I saw in a tourney that the player in 1st place for a few holes (score seemed to be normal) used Hana with the newly released Kimono. Too bad I didn't take a screenshot.
i think it would be best to send it to 1:1 for investagation. I am not very sure on this myself, but our GMs would know if it's legit or not.

No I think hes on to something here I played a tourney and there was a Beginner using Nuri that had The Blaze. when questioned he said it was gifted...........LOL he was then told that was not a giftable item so They are hacking rares.................

Oh I know it exists and has done for a while. I was just saying, the possibility I mentioned remains.
I wonder if there is any good hackers (as in skilled at hacking) out there that make their own hacks for rare items (as in never released not even existing in any version of Pangya.)
At least it wouldn't be as pathetic as the fact that all the hackers probably just search how to hack this game off the internet.

There was another explanation. This account can be created in Albatross18 as a second account of other player and he never play in game, and item can be sent to this account before starting Pangya US.

I've seen obvious hackers (80k pang) with full points outfits, makes sense if they haven't actually paid for them.
Also had trade offers of hana/ kaz ssaf, and i said they're not tradable, but they said don't worry they can do it
oO... I cant belive it... Now it makes sense, why a guy was asking (in portuguese) the other one if he had anything to trade, butterfly wings (yeah he said like that), or Soul reaper set. So now they can trade the untradable gacha... how great. Since Ntreev can't do their jobs of making things that should be tradable (scratchys) tradable, I think hackers did their job, and went further, everything is tradable now (for them of course)...
You know what worries me? Some people that don't know that some items can't be tradable, might recieve them and get banned....
