Cant Use 1:1 =/

every time i try, i get this

 

Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /maintenance.aspx

 

 

ive tried other browsers, another computer, and deleted my cookies. i dont know what else to do...i also get this message when i try to log in, but if i leave and come back real fast, it says im logged in.

This is exactly what I'm having. Tried a ton of other things and have been waiting on a response about it so I can investiagte further.

Glad to know it's not just me though. ~_~

A thought though. Are you running through a router? Does the site work when you directly connect to your modem without the router? If so, what type of router are you using? If it's the same kind as mine we may be onto something here.

im using a netgear rangemax router, the one with all the crazy blinky lights on top

have you tried clearing your browser cache/cookies by any chance?

Ah. Not the same router as me then. Can cross that possibility of it being a certain make of router causing the problem off the list then.

And if you're talking to me or him Chaos. You know I've done pretty much everything possible so far and I'm still waiting for you to get back to me. x_X

we are trying to determine if this is a network related issue, an account specific issue or a browser compatibility problem. it seems only affect very few players but with same error message.

this is gonna take some time but if anyone else is getting the same error message when accessing our website, please feel free to reply here as much technical info/spec as possible on our web surfing environment.

Thank you, this makes me feel a little better you're not just seeminly ignoring us. I can say it's not a browser issue on my end as I've tried several along with the clearing of cookies and ectera.

If you need more info just let me and others with this problem know. I'm sure we'd be glad to help if it gets our access back any faster lol.

I'm trying to send a report but mine say "Error, please try again" so afther 4 tryes I came here. I dont know could be the same?

Try to read the top right corner whether the text comes out as:

[Recharge] Welcome [Log Out]

instead of:

[Recharge Welcome <Your User ID> [Log Out]

 

I have the same problem where I also can't send the ticket (Showing error message "Report failed to send. Please try again"). And then I realized there's something missing on the mentioned part. And more, once I tried to write a new report, usually the "E-mail" field is automatically placed there but it is not instead.

In which case: Relogging is your solution. :P

This is just another possibilities though, and may not be the same with your problem.

Okay I think they did SOMETHING. I can go to pangya.ntreev.net without the error now, and from there I can get to and USE the website recharge.

But going straight to ntreev.net doesn't work still. Hence still can't use the 1:1 support system. This is gonna SUCK if we ever get an item exchange event that has to be done through 1:1.

Im getting this too! I have done everything, and even downloaded 3 diffrent browsers to see if it was the problem. I cant do anything in the website but play the dice game and chat in the forum. Please get this fixed asap! Thanks. Also, I dont know if this helps, but my os is windows7.

Last I heard of this was when I asked Chaos a few (2-3 weeks) Tee Time events ago..

Apparently it's still a mystery to them too.. +_+..
