60 attempts so far. Seen one red rare (Papel icon) and didn't get it. Seen dozens of blue rares and got just one - a 2x duostar lucky pangya.
I'm worried already! Even if I play 100 shots of this per day (note: No way can I afford that!) it's looking ever-unlikely that I'll get specs, especially Nuri ones which cuts the odds another eight times over.
™I don't talk Pangya outside of this forum or the game.
I've done over 200 tries so far, and I've yet to see a Red Papel icon.

Illusion Specs have been added for all characters. Rosy Cheeks have been added for all characters. Pink Blush has been added for all characters.
SOOOOOOOO lucky. Hope I can get the old rares once my update program works... Or a manual patch. BTW, you do have all the characters? It would be a shame if you don't have a character for that particular rare item. (Lucky you got Nuri's I guess )
If you win a rare for a character you don't have, it gets stuck in the "Etc" section until you get the character. You won't lose the rare.
Major Edit: I've got reports stemming from WNxxSandMaster that the new specs only give Accuracy +1, and not the broken Curve +10 stat their original version had!

Got it independently confirmed. Accuracy +1, no evident Curve stat. Wasn't able to find out if it gave other bonuses such as more gift boxes in VS or that 2/3 pang thing.
Either way, this sounds like a huge mistake.

Hopefully. I was almost jumping around hearing you are able to win them again(spent 100 turns and never saw a bag though) and then heard that. Kinda depressing
