I guess the only way I know of would be to play them back while using Fraps to record it.

Those saved on youtube are recorded using an external software.. for example you can use Fraps. It records the stuff on your pc when you press the key. It will be saved in a windows player format i think.

The replays in game (using the tape) are usually just saved so that u can view them again at a later time. But that is just in game :3

If you mean the "raw" data of the Replay tape, it is stored on the "save" folder in the Pangya folder. If you used the default installation path, it'll be C:\Ntreev USA\Pangya\save. This folder contains a SAV file which is under 2KB of file.

As for the actual video, like Lunaraine said, you have to use FRAPS software to record and upload it to video hosting website such as YouTube.

I was curious too, because the replays seem to be saved to your computer not on the pangya server. I switch back and forth between different computers and replays that are on one computer are not on the other. Another problem is I recently upgraded my operating system from XP to Windows 7, so my replays I had saved on my laptop went away.
