Ntreev said the maintenance is based on server time, and now is currently under maintenance, precisely started 43 minutes ago.
It's the timezone differences, buddy. Where do you live? The server time is GMT-8, so it'll be November 5, 11AM~3PM for GMT+8 (Kuala Lumpur, Singapore).

Yes, you have the same timezone as mine, so the maintenance will be finished after 2PM later. Remember that the announcement can be changed without notice.
As to lock posts, go to [More ▼] > [Edit] > [Options] > tick on [Lock] and post.
elow...i would like to ask if server is still under maintenance at this time? 7:45 GMT+8 cuz when i login it says server version is different.
