15 days since 1:1 report and still no response.

so i sent a 1:1 report 15 days ago about buying the pink idol set and lucia for points and the server happen to crash and i didnt get the item but my points were taken from the shop. i've waited patiently and there still has been no response (sent a report on oct, 20th) . someone suggested i write another 1:1 so i did and its been 7 days since no one replied to that one. im starting to think the support team doesnt care. and since technically the game took my point then i bought with my own money. wouldn't it be possible for me to sure them for stealing? i talk to gm during the tee off event and he said they are probably looking into it. and that was 5 days ago. i've seen a bunch of people get there 1:1 answered already how long do i have to wait for mine...

Quite a long time to wait for a 1:1 (Half a month)..Usually they clear them in a few days.

 

I would suggest filing a final 1:1 support ticket on the issue, be very short and specific about what happened...If they still don't respond, I would then proceed to e-mail the account admin (Who I believe can help deal with money issues.)

That is a problem but are you sure you are going into the right categories on the 1:1 Support section of the main website? Usually it's In Process and says Done once they have looked at it. If nothings is done in 2-3 days then perhaps send another and so on. I know how that is for things to not get done in time but there is only so much we can do. 1:1 Support, try to talk to a GM willing to help in-game. Send a GM a note on the forum or make a forum post like you did but be as calm as possible and not make it a rant or flaming post and hope a GM see's it.

yeah both my tickets say in progress. i talked to a gm during the event as i said above, and he said i should send another ticket which i already did a few days before. he also said he will tell them about it but nothing has happened. i posted a final 1:1 ticket and i'll wait another few days. if there is no response i guess i'll email them and see what they can do.

ok so its been 5 days since my 3rd 1:1 ticket and i sent a email 2 days ago. im starting to think that they are just ignoring my problem...
