All of them relatively equally, despite the fact I have completely different setups for all of them. In the end, it just comes down to me. XD
Now, who I use the most is different.
I got 2 that i play Nuri and kaz I like these two the best i do the same with both.

I have hana, kooh and lucia. I usually upgrade all of them to be equal.. like power all the same. But my hana has more ctrl, my kooh has more acc.. less spin , and lucia has got it all.. but i still miss my pangya shots LOL. I just use them with my mood, if i feel like playing hana then i will.. else i got 2 more to choose XD
Kooh and Hana . Use Hana after i won the SSAF and Elfen Ear but still Kooh is my main Char . Both have a same stat .
well i have all the chars except kooh and hana ( i hate them ) my favorite is kaz,and he's the only one i can play best,coz he has the most ctrl,and power (i don't know why you guys like those freak characters) ok,kaz is a little strange but,at last,he's not kid like nuri and hana ,it gives you more courage and will to play/win

As others have mentioned it all comes down to personal preference.
Currently I use Arin 99.9% of the time, mainly because I like her look the most (no, not where you're thinking) and as I'm not a good player in making pangs I couldn't afford to upgrade each character to have better stats at the moment (especially after I bought Arin's angel wings). I now have all the characters but since I haven't spent much on upgrading them (they mostly wear only whatever event/papel rares I obtained at the moment) I rarely use them (that said, I got Kaz's pumpkin hat yesterday so I put it on him, but I forgot to switch back to Arin, which led to a horrible round of tourney using a naked Kaz ). I may use the other characters more frequently when I make enough pangs to upgrade them to playable states.
My advice is to stick to just one or two characters at first, either ones that you like most or have initial stats that are more suited for your play style, so you can concentrate on upgrading them first, until you can afford to upgrade the others (unless you are willing to spend points on upgrading each of them).
I personally use Kooh, Arin and Hana, though I sometimes use Kaz for the lulz. I prefer Kooh over the other two, but I've been using Hana and Arin more lately due to having their motion items and, well, I only just bought Hana an outfit lol. Also, my guild leader let me borrow a feather for Arin so that's another partial reason for me using her more so....even if I bought Arin before I bought Kooh, lol.
I first saw PangYa on a Nico Douga vid I must admit, and my first visual of any character was Kooh dressed up as Youmu Konpaku from Touhou...and yeah, the rest, as they say, is history. Ever since then, she's been my favourite character on PangYa. >w<
Kooh is my main, and im the most comfortable with her ^ ^

I usually go with Cecilia in TW server, but I switched to Kooh,Arin, Erika and Luci in this server. Not only do they give you more control, but they are cute.
I use Arin more often after being an Ama. Wings FTW.
