Okay, ntreev.

since i am a minor, i can't buy points via Visa, and my dad won't let me use his, so im pretty much done for.

and prepaid cards aren't being sold anymore in my region, so im stuck with Pay-By-Phone

So, i used the pay by phone method, and used up my monthly 30 euro card.
why? u ask me? Because i really wanted the kaz wings in the gacha.

Now, i was too hasty, and directly used up my whole card, but i did get about 40K points for it.
So i bought one of those 20+2 packs, or was it 2x 10+1 i can't remember.

and i won Nothing but trash (some items can be good in there, but i didn't need them)

and now, i can't phone anyone in emergency's (i know its all my fault but)

Now, my suggestion is this.

Give people a free random rare from the gacha each 20-30 something turns.
Because we actually pay for this, this is not some kind of "Free scratchy card" this is real money were talking about.

i know its a lottery again, but in the long run, youll make more money with this method, people won't get angry at you, and (probably not important to you but) People will be Happy.

i know your whole logic is "money money money" but angry people won't pay u guys any more

u had some good reasons with the scratchy or the papel lottery, why the rates are really high there, but the gacha is different.

it costs 2000 points for one single coin, wich is 2x as much as a scratchy (and u also get the scratchy for free, with the items u bought, so)

i know the rate is medium, but ive seen people spend as much as 50 coins, and winning NOTHING AT ALL.

you know howmany dollars 50 coins are worth??
100 dollar.

the people who used 50 coins and got nothing are unlucky, or should i say they got ripped off
some people won on their Free first coin, and those people are lucky, or should i say they make the people who spent alot feel even MORE ripped off

so, please listen to this suggestion. i know it may not be good for your wallet at the moment, but itll be good for ours and YOURS in the long run.

Put some thrust in your players.

i agree about the 20 turns stuff... i mean... maybe unluck people will buy even more with that... at least they will be sure they will get something... its not like if u win real stuff... its just game stuff... and i do think its expensive to spend on nothing... the rate is ok... but in % u can even get nothing or everything... getting a "free" rare on each 20 turns is a good deal in my opinion

Sadly i bought 20k points just now, and spent em all on Gacha. Well i got Azer fairy Wings on my 3rd try, so i kept going.. :x i got Chocolates, Chesnuts, Duo+ items, 50x Auto Cap, Lucky candy, and 20 scratchies. i was kind of pleased with it, but kind of on edge about it since its $20 and i got nothing from the Scratchy's oh well.

Thanks to Failstar and his Girlfriend Amo! :)

I'm actually surprised at how this works.

I know this was introduced "by demand" but the only demand I recall seeing beforehand was Failstar's and his apparent idea of the Trickster Gacha was that it was more expensive but rares were notably more likely, so he could "get a couple with $20".

From what Loki's allegedly said, the rates are higher, but $20 doesn't seem as assured a spend as conceived, so I wonder if this really was "by demand" or just another concurrent - buyable - form of scratchy card.

That said, I'm certainly not complaining. Higher win rates are a win and it means we catch up on Korean scratchy rares faster.

Even with Gacha it will still take ages for us to catch up with korea. We're currently at the second set of scratchy rares, going 3 items at a time. If I'm right we got 9 characters. 9x3 would mean 27 items, of which we've had 6. That means 21 items are remaining, and since we have at least one month per set of 3 items, this would mean it's gonna take at least 7 months untill we'll see anything else that SSAF's, Ears or Wedding sets in the scratchy lottery.

7 months/213 days/5112 hours/306720 minutes/18403200 seconds untill we'll see something new :(

Unsurprisingly, Nuri, Azer, Max and Kaz do not have wedding dresses. I'm also not which of the three items Lucia has, if any. But it seems you missed my point - fairy wings are a complete scratchy set! Next month we'll probably get another complete scratchy set etc. so that'll make things go a lot faster too.

Mira, u sure Kaz doesn't have a wedding set?
xD jokes aside

I think that people will get mad when their favorite rare doesn't end up in Gacha, cause the rate is higher, the money to pay is about equal (exept when u go for the sole purpose of that one rare)

So meh. Gacha screwed my 20 coins, i can't keep my paws of the autocalips, so my pangya rate went down (yeah, ive been playing pangya so long, ive developed muscle memory to hit pangya with 27 control)
so when the bar goes faster or slower, my fingers won't react properly, and ill fail, my pangya rate went down 5% (OO) its now 75%

so yeah, if gacha were a person, id shoot it and rob it.

I agree with there needing to be a change in the Gatcha system. While I averaged one set of wings for every $10-15, I wasted $45 trying to get wings for the correct characters. I will never get the characters that I now have the wings for (Azer, Cecilia, Max) and I would have been fine getting the wings if NTREEV have a trading system implemented so I could have traded the wings for characters I wanted and have been a happy customer.

I understand a trading system would take a lot of programing, but is there a way to tweak the Gatcha program to allow a player to select which character the wings will go to when they have been won? At least to keep your paying customers happy.

Sorry if I sounded a tad harsh I'm not really that upset as that post sounds. It just makes sense that with the papel shop and even scratchy cards you don't get a choice of what rare you get. With Gatcha you are paying only to use that system, but with scratchies it's a bonus from buying something in the shop.

With the choice of trading being very risky; trading the wings I won for ones I want seems very slim.  All I want is the ability to choose I swear!

Understand that this is a lotto and it's one heck of a milking machine. People like you only prove that it works, lol. Not like I'm against you or anything(I do like the idea about guaranteed rare/main item) but in real life when you play, for example, the thing where you can pull out random stuff with a hook you don't always win it although it's not really complicated. I see this in a similar way.

Also I wanted to add that if you are/were paying attention to suggestions forum for past months you'd see that only few have been looked at and most of times the trolling arguments have been praised as a good reply. Even if they read suggestions(gacha was suggested in the very beginning when this server opened) you can do the maths and tell how long it would take for it to become a reality.

In total my GF and myself, spent about $180 or close to it.

I didn't have to spent too much, I got Kaz on my 3rd try (Kaz is my Main and only character I use) and still have many coins left over which i'll save for the next rares.

she on the other hand is going insane, shes spent soooo much and has only gotten Uncle Bob, Max and Kooh (she didn't mind the kooh, but her main is Arin and second is Lucia)

I got it on my 3rd try so I could easily say OooOo Gacha has good rates, which i don't think is the case at all, it's more like I just got very very VERY lucky in getting fairy wings fast and the character I use.

The way I see it, the odds are easily not in your favor, I kinda like to think that with the balls there, you have a 1/6 chance (I Believe 1 of the balls probably contains the wings) for $50 you get 28 coins, so 1/6  1/6 1/6 1/6 etc you can easily miss the wings each time, or get lucky and nail it.

If it was 1 in 6 and there were wings behind one of the balls every time, it would follow that the average to get all the wings would be 54 tries.

In my opinion, it takes about 10 tries to get one pair of wings, so $20.

If you spend more than that, I just supposed you're unlucky, but you should keep trying because surely something will come!

As for your suggestion:

I could see this happening, since this is a pure point item, as opposed to the scratchy cards (which are a "bonus) so I can see this system have a sort of thing where if you don't win in 50 you get one random rare.

20-30 is too low in my opinion
