Ive nothing against brazilians, but sadly en masse they dont follow simple rules.

Notice, there is no hatred or animosity directed toward anyone. i posed a problem and gave a solution.
there is no valid reason to lock this thread UNLESS we are playing "hide the brazilians".

The reason these threads get locked is because they rapidly devolve into trolling, racism and poorly thought out posts.
We do not officially support any country outside of the US, but if they play by our rules they can play here so long as no licensing agreements restrict them from doing so and they follow our rules. We regularly ban players who speak non-English languages in public chat. I personally make sure that some of these rule breakers get taken care of.
Your solution would implicity support Brazil, and since we are not a Brazilian publisher we cannot do that.

As Grimm stated, Ntreev has no obligation to support any country outside of the US. Just because people from outside play here does not make it their server, not does it make it an international server. You're the one that chose to play here, and it should be your obligation to follow the rules, not Ntreev's duty to cater to your needs.
There is nothing against Brazillians, it's the rule-breakers that we hate.

I'm starting to see more and more people laugh at me everytime I ask them to speak in English. I've reported many people for not speaking English after I've warned them several times, but always see the same exact people speaking portugese in my rooms.
I see GM Notices telling people to speak in English in public chats not once or twice, but many many times within the span of a few minutes. Warning them isn't going to do anything, bans really need to start being handed out more frequently after the first warning or else they'll continue to laugh at the people asking them to respect the rules.
Typically, we give a warning, then they get a temporary ban for their first offense. It escalates the more they break the rule. Please continue screenshotting anyone you see speaking a foreign langauge in public and submit your complaints to 1:1, these people DO get banned.

I would just like to say it is SO frustrating to see SO many rulebreakers. Most of them are from BR, and as you can tell, the country you are currently servicing is quite unhappy with all the hacking and scamming going around. It honestly doesn't make sense why JP and other servers could ban BR, but we don't.
It honestly is tearing this game to shreads, but for the people will less willpower, it's probably hard to keep playing and funding this game. I'm happy that Ntreev USA picked up this game after OGP dropped it, but we're getting a poor gaming experience compared to all the rest of the servers! I think banning rulebreakers one at a time isn't improving our situation.
We've given this game months, but it is at its worst state! We know you're better than this, Ntreev USA. You handle your other games flawlessly, so why can't we be cut a little slack when it comes to Pangya? This game is very dear to me, and I have played from S1, so that's why I haven't quit yet. Please, restore this game to its former glory, we really need it...

JP server banned all non-JP IPs, not only BR
i believe a strong IP block here for registration would be ok since a IP block is not fair with honest br players who's been playing for a long time

They already had their own server. It was called PangyaBR. It closed. I just think a new registrations should be restricted somehow.
Although this is not something we are currently considering, a block on registration would be rather pointless indeed. Circumvention would involve nothing more than using a proxy or a friend to create your account, then accessing it from home as usual.
In those situations in which we are required to block a region due to licensing concerns, we have been forced to block the entire region. That isn't to say that we would have to do things the same way in Pangya because Pangya is a different game, but I just don't see how blocking registrations from a region would help much.

BRs also currently aren't blocked from KR and TH (even though KR had BRs blocked for a little while under Hanbitsoft before NtreevKR picked it up) so there's not really much in terms of "other servers banning BR" - we have just JP (which blocked everyone) and GOA then I guess?
If Ntreev is actually going to do something in these terms then a registration block should take place before a country block, for the sake of the existent good/rule-abiding BRs (some of them who have been here for a long time too), which actually are more than "just a few"...However, the bad thing about it is that it pretty much forbids any legit new BR players from joining at all (notice the bolded word, a legit new player won't try to get around by using a proxy) and so it pretty much closes the BR-community... (be it clear that I'm a mindless dreamer and do not support that)
I really wish that there was more GM presence and that we saw more punishment, so that we could cut down the xenophobia and keep the punishments just to the rulebreakers... and then we wouldn't even need to discuss that but that's dreaming of too much I guess...
i agree with all the posts except the GMs
time difference makes it hard for the GMs to be on at the same time most rule breakers are on.
in any case things wont change joe so dont waste your time...

We dont go locking things up just for the sake of locking things up. In fact i think there is several thread still open in the off topic sectionabout Brazilians(goes and looks) there is 4 or more threads still open. they usually make it to page 3 then slowy dissappear due to the lack of replies, and new topics being made. Now as for me personally i will stand for this community , i want you guys to be heard, ive forwarded messages to gms to keep X post alive let the people vent.. and when the topic is dead , or not going anywhere anymore ill lock it.
Tho what i would like to see is people ; pointing out problems sure, but come to the table with a solution, and stop slandering ntreev , mods ,and or other players. ntreev is not better nor is it worse then ogp. I personally havent been happy with moves ntreev makes, but they made them, its their choice to make, and their consequence to accept. like its my choice to keep playing, or not to.
lets work together to remove HACKERS , and start to work on bringing back functionalities back into the game.
