BSOD errors are usually solved by upgrading your Service Pack (1 or 2 for Vista) and DirectX (9.0C or higher). As for freezing in loading screens, that's more of a peer to peer error. You just need to find a better host.
-
During any loading screens, please keep GrandChase up. GameGuard tends to think that people are using a third party program if the client isn't highlighted during the loading process.

I suggest going for something with jazz. Majority of jazz players are improv. so you can expect variety and originality from them. Or if you want specifics, Nujabes has some pretty chill music (not jazz though).
-
Try downloading a different installer from a different mirror. I suggest downloading from mmosite.com .

If you're finding your own profile, just click your name at the top of the screen on the Ntreev Toolbar. If you're finding someone else's profile, click their name on their post.

When switching to a new operating system, you may want to reinstall or upgrade your graphic drivers. Graphic Card Drivers and DirectX(9.0C or above) will help fix that problem. If it continues, go to your Grand Chase directory and locate main.exe and grandchase.exe. Try changing the compatibility for both of them.

Restart the game. It will correct itself.

Most of those errors can be fixed by updating your Service Pack. If you have Windows XP, get Service Pack 2. If you have Windows Vista, get Service Pack 1 (Vista x64, Service Pack 2).

If you bought them before the patch, you would've gotten a 20% discount on any cash set for Ryan. (Ref. http://grandchase.ntreev.net/Content/0546102010-111_0001_0001.aspx)
