the keys backspace and shift doesn't work... when i use backspace and shift on other things OTHER then the game it work perfectly fine... but when i use it in the game it doesn't work properly.. and shift doesn't even work!!!! see how it works on a non-grandchase browser? ?!@#$%^&*()_+:"{}||||~

I was able to play fine yesterday. But today when I open Grand Chase then it loads and then a white window pops up. The white window is suppose to be the window with the Battle Mage ad. It stayed there for like 5 seconds and it closes. I tried opening the game 3 times and all had the same outcome. I don't have Vista by the way because most people

I heard that GC accepts Ultimate Game Cards. So I went and bought 1. But how do I redeem it? I didn't see anything related to GC on the game card's website. So can you tell me what to do to redeem it? I didn't but the Ntreev Game Card because I only wanted like 10k cash and not 25k.

In my time playing on 01/14/2009, I found new bugs. 1). Players in PVP can only see 1 person in PVP. Meaning that if there is a 4 group survival 1 person will be able to see all. While other 3 can only see that 1 person and damage him. That 1 person is the only 1 who can speak to all players. The other 3 can only talk to that 1 person. 2). Missing buttons
