Ask the company if they have a disc that is supposed to go with the laptop that has the drivers necessary. Mine required a disk after windows was installed to install the drivers necesary to work the sound, the USB, and the internet.

When I watched that video with the Caramel Dansen in English, my head was hurting because the screen is constantly going UP and DOWN so darn fast.

/support I've been trying to get the Kaze'Aze set for Lass I would think that when you sell the seal breaker capsules, you get 1 crystal for worn out, 2 for high quality, and 3 for premium. At least you'd get SOMETHING.
