I am finally breaking my no-paid-cash streak (after playing 1 year+; I grinded surveys for Amy) and cashing Sieghart due to the time I don't wanna waste. I couldn't figure out how to cash just 6k tho so I ended up grinding 1k offers and paying $5. For future reference - is there way I can just cash $6?

Is there a such thing as passive build? Like get and max all the passive skills so any job you use on your char will be "upgraded"?
