There is skill cooldown, it's called MP Regeneration.

Blehnewish: The way I see it, in many classes, the second bar is very strong but hard to aim. Case in point: Alchemist's Poison Gas, Spearman's Tornado Strike, Thief's Fatal Attack , Druid's Earthquake. These all have the capacity of a 1HKO , but it's still very hard to land the hits. The same thing's with AK's Furious Rush

dirtyneedles: you should change your suggestion to having the ability to break an attack animation halfway through and just jump without landing a blow. i can't count how many times i see that hammer being cocked back and i spam the up button just waiting for my stupid attack animation to end. That's the price you pay for doing a long combo

geo9889: and another reason why i cant get alot of frags is because im a lvl 21 ronan and every time i try to get in a room they either all leave or expel me If you speak ingame the same way you do on the forums (ie: over nine thousand exclamation points in the topic title), I don't blame them.
