i cant get in ether but mine goes all the way to the addvertisment but then stops and says "failed to connect to log in server.the window is shuting down"it get on my last good nerve

ever since that stupid mantnice crap i cant connect to grandchase, and its driving me insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! does anyone no how i can reconnect and pls dont say uninstall and reinstall p.s. does any one no how to contact the company that controles grandchase
