so if you had a problem on one account and then used another account you have the same problems on both accounts then? So how are you playing?

Man, I really wanted to play this game...everyone else seems to having fun and I wanted to join them....but your broken, your gameguard errors have finally made me stop trying....the and since no offical word has come down on high as to when or if they are ever gonna fix this problem, my faith in the gameguys have left as well.... So I, like many others have the Gameguard 7c error...and like many others I have tried every suggestion that have placed on this board...I have even crossed to Grandchase boards played in other countries....no avail. Everyone who has this error have service pack 3....now you think if they could fixed the problems with vista they could do this...but

yes, I've reinstalled it over 6 times....all in differnt drives and to the default, I'am the admin with rights, I also tried running it as plain admin. The problem seems to be that the game has a conflict with gameguard only having 1 or 2 files in it.....all the other games that I play and use gameguard have 10+ files in it.....even when I deleted

nope alot of ppl are having the "7c" error, but nobody is working on it....I even looked it up for Grandchase being played in other countries, and they still have problems....I even tried one of their suggestions and deleted the whole gameguard folder and update it....lol stupid thing redownloaded the incomplete gameguard folder (again)..

my advice....give up nobody is working on it.....everyone tells you to do something differnt..re-install to a different drive, delete the gameguard folder, run as admin, stand on one foot and sacrifice a kitten....and so on...and no one has an update at to the problem company-wise... Very frustating indeed.....

I have the same problem. I get throught the patching and click "start"...then the gameguard error pops up with error 7c saying "Gameguard.des file is missing or has been modified"....Ive downloaded and reinstalled more then 5 times from diffrent places.....my other games that us gameguard do not give me this error. Starting to bug
