time attack rules

hey whats up? so i wanted to know if i'd be able to use your rules on the "time attack" post. i'm planning 6 events for the guild i'm in and for a very long time, i've wanted it to be an even. i finally have the chance to make it one & i check to see if anyone else on forums had done the same. then i came across this one and saw that the rules here, are almost the same as the one i had set for my even. i talked this over with my guild master, Zecks, and told him that i wanted to ask you 1st before using any of your rules. so agreed that i ask 1st and here i am. i actually really like the guide lines you have set & i was wondering if i could use them.
