cant get in

ever since that stupid mantnice crap i cant connect to grandchase, and its driving me insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

does anyone no how i can reconnect and pls dont say uninstall and reinstall

 

p.s. does any one no how to contact the company that controles grandchase

 

have you tried looking at how long maintanence lasts?

there are some that wont let you in at all, and there are others that will let you in but the game will load slowly, and or frequent disconnects.

Are there any error pop ups or does it just not load?

It says "failed to connect to log in server.Window is shuting down."

It's possible that your firewall and antivirus protector is preventing files from being sent/downloaded.  Turn off both protectors and run GC again.
