Well ive encountered a problem/glitch/bug/awesome on my sieghart in which the quest Stem The Flow keeps repeating itself

What level do you receive this quest?

I have the same thing. It starts at level29.

Unfortunately.... I didn't think much of it and used all 400+ of my crystals on it

Well..

I dont have it, and my Sieg is lvl 30. :P
