According to the event, we get a permanent version of the Jiangshi if we log on for ten days during the event. I have done so (logged on well over that amount, and my attendance reflects that), logged on today, and didn't get a permanent Jiangshi. Has anyone else had this problem?
I have a Perma Jiang-Shi wasting away in my inventory because it's stats are weak and useless.;>_>
If there was a trade option I'd throw it at your face for 1 GP...o.o
Otherwise, you may not have done the requirements. Some people do that rather easily. But if you did, than yeah I dunno what to tell ya. Try restarting your game.

SS is recommended, but I didn't manage to get one due to the October month Attendance being scrapped... but they still made my Jiang permanent.

That isnt true.
I brought my Ceremonial Tryfing and Dulled Storm Blades into dungeons, and I still get Perma Jiang Shi.

You just had to log in for 10 days. All you had to do was choose a server. Log into it. Accept the Jiang Shi pop-up that told you you got +2 days. Then play or log off... repeat 10X. You didn't need to equip, dungeon, PvP, etc.
