Gladiator can not otto as far as my experience, but Warlord can somewhat otto.

Best you'll be able to get for a Gladiator Otto is to find a platform thats just above your character's head and:

Up, Z, Z, Down, Z and repeat.. Never bothered timing it but you get a good 3 hits each jump. And its still faster than regular attacks if you ask me..

Not as good as your typical otto, but good enough.
