I can do it. But to do it as smoothly as what a stripper can do with his... ...-insert technique here-, its more complicated than it sounds...

I guess your idea has a lot of sense in it. But I see how they have made it complicated on purpose since it is supposed to be an advanced technique that would give it's wielder a high advantage in combat.
Think of it as ottoshot and practise it till it's perfect(With a friend or otherwise).

Elesis already has dash.
Arme already has teleport.

On a related note, I don't have Elesis's dash boost so I can't tell, but I can say that I never mentioned this move in my post or if it was difficult or not so I really have no point as to what you were trying to do in your post. o.0

I can not do it no matter how hard i try....i even tried changing keys and it still didnt work.....

I can do it most of the time, but I don't exactly trust my ability enough to do it, I would rather like to have it more similar to some other commands.

Well, train a little! Try doing it with different timing and then when you find one that works, repeat it until it's flawless!
Seriously, you just need to put effort(Sometimes a lot) in it and there's no shortcut. Just plain grinding the material like you do for an exam. ^^
