Ok from what I have seen around all of GC is a lot of people with the Umbral Seraph armor. Upon asking one of them how they got it. the said to me they got it when they cashed in a pre-paid card. Now I have used a few over the last 2 weeks and have not gotten this. Can anyone tell me why?
The only type of prepaid card that gives the umbral seraph accessories as a bonus is the $25 Ntreev brand card.
