Eh, my costume was cheesy anyways... I'm just suprised that one kid who made a Gaiko's costume did'nt win. Oh well, grats to those people who won that competition.I'm just kind'a glad I won something here... lol, fell behind someone who put on a real show there though.

WOW! I got 1st on the screenshot?????!?!?!
Totally did not see that coming. I'm guessing it may have been partly due to the fact that half the people who submitted screenshots did not follow the appropriate guidlines for entry. (i.e.: multiple pictures, cannot see character due to skills, etc)
Just a question: did my caption have any effect on the judging?
PS: can we see the pictures and screenshots of the winners? I noticed that the event thread was taken down.
im pretty sure I saw scythe foto in other place on the internet, and looking closely they arent the same even the hair color its diferent, and the second image was in my opinion bad, but o well that what happens when people follow the rules, other that dont follow the rules wins, congratulations to all the winners.

Whats funny is that I had been using that costume for amy for a long time before halloween, so I just pulled it out again for the screenshot contest.
To be honest, I saw a lot of screenshots that looked similar to mine, so I was almost certain I wouldnt win.

khrnoz, The Gaikoz Cosplayer, And My Pictures Are not the same post as what i posted, I'm not sure why you're comparing us but I think you should slow down and relax It was all good fun or even Perhaps you should check again, Also If you want to compare my hair style to what i used with my Signed Photo just by my hair color, Perhaps you should realize people like me change their hair color on a near daily basis, Also The Rules Stated:"Now, if you have elaborate makeup for your costume, or so many accessories that it takes so long to put on your costume, or you paid for professional pictures and want to use those, you may have to get creative in satisfying the rules. You can either don the costume again and take a new shot with your IGN visible in the photo, or you can take a picture of yourself with enough pieces of your costume and/or your ID (with the appropriate info blanked out) which clearly demonstrates beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are in fact the owner of the costume."
I believe I followed these rules.
Then just to add insult to injury tell me you can do your hair the same way, Make your own Custom painted Reverberator mask, And also have red contacts in both pictures. Exactly. You can't, And Neither Could I.As far as anything, Thank you all, and Good Costumes, Once I saw Gaikoz I thought It was all over!!! To the Cos-player, I think your costume was amazing, Good job making It.

(Also, We haven't received our items as much as i would love to buy a new set of armor or a necklace, Give it time till tomorrow afternoon and check again, I'm sure everyone will be rewarded by then.)
Ok, what I did was I went back into the thread and looked at Scye's two photos, due to some of the confusion.
In both pictures, it seems his eyes are the same color. Wether he has red contacts in one and none in the other, his eyes look the same to me.
His hair is the same style. And that is a very unique style, is it not? Yes, he does look like the kind to change his hair color for Halloween, my friends dyed mine black for Halloween. So why do you assume it isn't him? There are alot of logical explanations that if you used your brain to analyze things, you would see that both pictures are infact Scye, and are infact the same person.
About the prizes: I would think that you would recieve them during the maintence due to that being the most logical and convieniant way for the GM's.
