Yes it is.
While it is acceptable to edit your photo/screenshot, we will not accept alterations of pre-existing Grand Chase artwork.
This however I find lame, since people who are experienced with Photoshop or a program of the sort have an advantage.
So can we steal a halloween photo off the net, do a little editing, and submit it and claim it to be ours???

Read the information page. The rules on authenticity is already discussed, players must provide proof by visually showing their in-game name, in both game shots and real life shots.

To everyone posting helmets that cover the face, even partially: this is perfectly acceptable!A classic Masquerade considers you to be in costume as long as your identity is obscured, so if you're wearing something that covers enough of your face that we don't know who you are, you'll fit in with everyone else. =)Falcon is good, Halloween is good, Absolute Power is good, et cetera.
