NPGG-->3rd party program detected!

Hi everybody!
I have a problem when i start the GrandChase!
After i login in grandchase he stop to working and he give me this eror NPGG-->3rd party program detected!
I read other post and in they write is because i use a hack but i don't use.The problem is i use windows 7 and i succeeded to login into to the game used gameguard on this
page and i watched and here

P.S Why he had me this eror and how i can fix it.
I used windows 7 and i have all system Requirements.
And Grand Chase run on 32 bit
