Hmmm, is there something I'm missing?
I've seen quite a few posts that prioritize getting kills, but the "win" is calculated by whoever has the most deaths; the last team that has a player(s) alive, correct? (Excluding the final 3 teams, since kills determines whoever gets 2nd and 3rd.)

Are you allowed to FB and Ice bolt spam?
I've seen a warlock spamming 30 Ice Bolts at once, leaving the opponents unable to escape.
I'm trying to learn icebolt spamming. So, before I try that, I want to know if it's allowed. The WLs called it icebolt otto.
There won't be a "final four". If you look at the bracket, the last match has 3 teams (like all the matches).
So the winner of that game is 1st, the team with the most kills is 2nd, and the remaining team is 3rd.

Spam, yes, "otto", no.
The litmus test for infinite combo is as follows:
IF a damage-dealing move prevents an enemy from reasonable escape
AND the move could be infinitely sustained (meaning it isn't predicated on using MP or a pet attack)
THEN the move is considered an infinite combo and will be prohibited in tournaments from exceeding 5 continuous hits.

First of all, where the heck did you get top 16 from?
Second, I think you should really worry more about your first match than the top anything.
