And Ari, I'll stop beating around the bush on this. You seem to be everywhere with your complaints. Now it's not just me that are tired of it, I have had multipul people in the guild come to me and complain about your attitude towards certain things. You tell me that I should keep my hurtful opinions to myself, when you excersize no restraint yourself. Whenever I have someone in mind for a job, you always seem to have a problem with it, and somehow find the most complex and irrelevant reason to get offended by it. CO-Leader is a very difficult position. Based on wisdom and who I've seen ingame. My honest opinion is that Seb and Nick are the ones best suited for this job. You know, you seem to have a problem with Seb himself. Whenever Seb is involved you always end up saying "I'm offended" or something to the like. Did I say you were a useless unintelligent worm that cannot be relied upon for anything? No. You completely strung that crap together out of nowhere. Nowhere in what I said did I imply or even HINT that I thought that of you or any one of my members. If I thought that of you, would I have let you take Bonni's spot on my team? No. Please think a bit before you speak. Hopefully you'll be able to prevent further frustration on my part, and hopefully of your own as well.
The same repetitive complaint I hear from you, stems from that you don't feel like you are a close friend to me anymore, and that I value other members above you. I'll be 100% blunt. Arinoa, what makes you better than everyone else in this guild? Should I give you a rank of your own and name it ALLY'S FRIEND. OBEY. No? I have plenty of friends and am aquainted with every single one of my members. Just because we spent a lot of time together before, does not mean you will get any special kind of treatment. That would be unfair to new members, and awkward as well. That would be discouraging and I want everyone to know that if they work hard and contribute to the guild, their efforts will be recognized and rewarded. If you have something to offer, like an idea for an event or you simply want to fill in and do some tryouts for me and Nexx and Seb and Nick, then do it. Now you can argue that I only made Nexx co-founder because he's my boyfriend. WELL, let me tell you. Nexx has recruited over 80% of our members. Be it by tryout, or simply by charming them with his dashing good looks. 100% serious.......He works very very hard for this guild, probobly harder than any other member I've seen. He thinks about the better of this guild, possibly as much as I do. Maybe even more. If you really want a powerful position in this guild, you need to work for it. I already made you wise mage, so you count as a guild mentor. I can't watch you 24/7 and feed you assignments. Contributing to the guild, is on your own time. You may consult me for ideas, but I won't tell you what to do and walk you through moving up in this guild.
Addressing the issue that keeps reoccuring. Yes Ari, I do consider you a very close and important friend of mine. That is why I have not said this earlier. You were there for me and listened to my story without judging me countless times. Lately I've been talking to you, and trying to get you to play with us. But I'm online when you seem to be asleep or offline. You also mentioned earlier that I never ask you to play with me. When have you asked me to play with you? Or asked to participate with us? Like once. After that, you expected me to come to you all the time. I interact with many different people every time I'm on. And dividing my time between myself and them is more difficult than you could imagine. You don't seem like you are very happy with this guild, and your negativity towards guild changes and events seems to be growing. I constantly tell everyone, that if you have a problem with the way I'm running things or don't like something I've done, it is 100% Okay to tell me about it and suggest an idea of your own, or tell me why you think what I did was not best suited for the guild. Ari, the reason you dislike the guild, is completely personal on your part, and I feel that whenever you state these complaints of yours, you are not thinking at all of the guild as a whole.
If you are unhappy with this guild, and unhappy with the way I run things, then by all means leave. I would not wish to keep someone I respect and care about in an enviroment they are unhappy with. I can do what I can to try and keep you happy, but I cannot modify the guild and it's activities to focus solely on your personal needs. Whereas not everyone will agree with me on things, I do try my best to make changes that will satisfy all .
On regards to Nexx. Yes, he has been inactive. I don't know where he is, and he didn't even forwarn me of his extended absence. I haven't seen him in 3 days myself and am quite worried/frustrated. Multiple people from the guild complaining about me? I hereby call this lies. Bring forth those people, and let me hear their complaints to my face, I want to see them physically saying this themselves, not your words. Until then I treat this as nothing more than nonesense.

My only complaint here was about how you phrased what you said... "Only him and seb are suitable" puts down everyone else in the guild as incompetants. Saying "He is the most suitable for the job" is giving him a praise, and is acceptable. Rather than explode on me over this, read my words more carefully. You didn't say I was useless, but how you said what you said made me feel that way.
For you to put me on the team with you and Nexx, as Bonni's replacement, I have to say I practically had to beg you. You didn't go and do this from the getgo, instead you, at first, took someone who is already in a team to also be on your team. How much faith does it show you have in me or others in the guild? Additionally, previously when you put standins for your team, you did not include me until I remarked about it.
I have very good reasons to feel unwelcome! I do not wish for special treatment, but I don't want to be ignored, forgotten or dismissed either.

I am just telling you what I think you did wrong. As a guild leader you have responsiblity to treat all guild members fairly, and it seems like you favour some alot more than others while underestimating the abilities of other people in your guild. All i'm saying is, choose your words carefully so you don't hurt anyone. So yes I actually am thinking of the guild as a whole.

Keep a list on .txt with every IGN and whisper every person 8D *Shot*. nah I don't know how :x.

Lol At the .txt idea. V you should get on later so you, norm, and I can try out pvp. I know we did a connection test already (good call on your part) and I wanted to see who feels comfortable playing who. I just started using Lire again and I must say I'm pretty darn decent at crossbow in PvP. Win I know. Norm has one of the best Thief I've seen and I never caught who you were going to use. :O
