well... when i try to log in in the website... it appears a message that say me that i should send a message with the subject line 7767 to accountadmin@ntreevusa.com ... ok... i made that... but then they say me that i should send them some information... but they say me that please dont send it via email... but then... how i send the information o.o... what should i do??
You make a email with address of what ever accountadmin@ntreevusa.com I think. Send them the information. It should be resolved in 2-9 days.
