I'm bored right now, and a bit paranoid... I keep seeing Black/White fuzzballs at the corner of my eyes!
And when I'm about to go to sleep, shadows are moving, and it looks like they're staring at me. D:
When that happens I turn on the lights, that somehow helps even though they're still there, then I try to block out any source of light into my room with blankets, sheets, pillows.. and so on.
When that's done I try to get to sleep, by the time I get any I wake up 1~2 hours later in a pitch black room hearing noises. It feels like I'm in a infinite loop with this kind of stuff, and I feel pretty stressed about it D:
Point is that I need some suggestions, because I keep doing the same things over and over, even though I know how it ends up usually.
So, can anyone relate to this and tell me how you got over this, it's really weird for me.

My sig got molested...

When I go to sleep, I always listen to Rock & Roll music until I fall asleep.  I close my eyes and nightdream as I listen to the music, then when I start feeling really tired, I take off my headphones, turn off my CD player, and then go to sleep soundly.  It always works for me.  As for the fuzzballs you are seeing, I see alot of things in the past especially at night, they used to scare me but not anymore.  I decided to think positively, if I had alot of near-death experiences and I'm still alive, there's no way anything is going to "attack" me in my sleep after all this time.  So I ignore the stuff I see and just close my eyes.

sometimes when I'm super sleepy I see white specks floating around the room,

and it could be you mind playing tricks on you because your tired since from what my nurse of a mother tells me "you are more alert when your about to go to sleep" or something along the lines of that can't remember to well, as for the shadows it just might be your eyes trying to adjust to the dark room, like if your trying to look at something accros the room (like the wall) your eyes will try to focus on that wall and  the litte light thats in the room making shadows on the wall (you can't realyl see them but their there) will cause the illution that the shadows are moving and so forth

anyway I hope I explaned that all right shame

I ignore logic when I'm about to go to sleep, but that explains it so I think that knowing it's a illusion will help. Thank you~

I don't think they'll kill me, I just feel as though they're ominous in some way, and as for the music suggestion, I'll try it. Thanks

sob Get a Karuri!

The only advice I could give is "just ignore it," since that's what I'd do, but it's probably easier said than done drop...

Seeing ghosts every now and then, something like that is pretty much nothing.  Now, if something deliberately tries to make itself known, that can be a problem.

Get a fish tank in your room, keep the light on.  That generally does away with most of it.  Heck, come to think of it the only time I've actually seen a ghost in my room was when I had a power outage after I got my fish.

Sig by Choudenjibou Thank you sooooooooo much!! heartheartheart
