Anyone else play this, if so how do I beat the Lynari Desert T_T?
I have 7 hearts, I'm in my 6th year, and Ican beat Mount Kilanda but not this one

anyway, yes Lynari desert is one of the worst stages, but it has one of the best secrets! before I tell you how to move on, do you have the ??? chalice element yet?

anyway, you know all those quicksand areas that, if you fall in them, move you to another part of the map? one of them moves you to a whole new area. it's directly south of the mushroom rock that you cast fire on to get the ??? element. you'll get to a place that forks in half a little ways down, but both paths lead to the boss so take whichever you want
tip on the boss:make sure you have healing items/cure. you WILL regret it if you don't!
Last time I tried fighting boss, I had full inventory of fish (only thing my character likes)
Got it down to one hit left til death, and I died. o.o
I'm going to use the Mines to stock on Phoenix downs too ;-;
God I hated the scorpion boss on that level with a passion he was annoying.

need me to beat him? :P I've played through the game so many times I've memorized every single enemy's attack patterns, I rarely ever get hit by anything

Well, not "me" literaly having to carry it, but the fact that it has to be by me so I dont get poisoned by that gas stuff :/
It was really annoying :/
the miasma really isn't all that bad, besides mog moves fast enough so that you won't run out of it, at least until he gets tired...
of course your usually stopping to kill enemies enough that he never gets tired, except in Mt. Kilanda, Lynari Desert, and Selepation Cave. the desert and mountain are easily solved by shaving him though, and the cave by letting his fur grow out :D
