And I haven't recieved my Jin's Kanavan cloak. Bawkzie specifically told me that only the $25 Ntreev Game card will work, but it seems he was wrong? Anyway, should I 1:1 this so that I can get the cloak because in the patch notes, it says
"Players who recharge using an Ntreev Game Card will now receive Jin's Kanavan Cloak as well."
Nothing said about being recieved in the next server maintenance or whatever. Anyone care to clarify this?

mabey the game hates you no offence just saying my game hates me a littel
Yep, send a 1:1 and report your situation, and it should be resolved quickly
Just sent a 1:1, I do hope they'll do something about this instead of sending an AutoBot message.
1. Last time you posted this it was $30, signifying 3 $10 cards
2. You said you charged before the server went up with the last post, nullifying it, because it was supposed to work only AFTER the server went up.
3. Is this a different card?
4. If it's really a $25 card, and you haven't gotten it, send a 1:1 with your cash amount, and stuff. Also take a pic of your recharge history.
Sig by Choudenjibou Thank you sooooooooo much!!
Specifically, it's not about the amount, it's about the type of card.
In the US at least, there are two different game cards which can be used to recharge Ntreev Points: Ntreev Game Card and Ultimate Game Card. The promotion specifically applies to the Ntreev Game Card.
The Ntreev Game Card is very distinctive, it is branded with our games (GC/Trickster... maybe Pangya later?), and is typically sold at 7-Eleven and Blockbuster stores. It comes in $25 (Trickster, sold at Blockbuster) and $10 (Grand Chase, sold at 7-Eleven) denominations.
This is somewhat confusing, because UGC also sells a $10 card at 7-Eleven, but as long as you know you're looking for an Ntreev Game Card you should be fine.
Bottom line, you've already sent the 1:1, which is the right thing to do in any billing issue.

why? because I made a coment saying his responses didn't make sense and he actually knew what I was talking about

I went to 3 different 7-Elevens, and none of them sold Grand Chase cards.

I love that, my 7-11 closest to me has the $10 Ntreev cards but none of my other 7-11's do, while none of them, or anywhere else I checked for that matter, have been selling Ultimate Game Cards.
Anyway, that's another issue, although Ultimate Game Cards can be used to charge ntreev cash, they are not ntreev cards and will not give you the cloaks.
Although, it seems like you only have a problem with Jin's.
(Psst, Loki, put scratch cards as gifts for game card charging in Pangya.)
