If a player does not report for battle at their designated match time, they will be given two minutes of leeway. After that, they automatically forfeit the match. Mechanically, this is treated as a loss.
Normally this would mean your tournament ends, but since it's a double elimination you would instead be dropped to the loser's bracket. So if you miss a match, you could still win the tournament; you'd just have to be sure you don't miss *another* match or lose.

America isn't the only country which observes DST. Your time zone may be GMT+1 normally (ours is GMT-8 normally) but an additional +1 during DST.
For example, the current GMT is approximately 03:13 AM on Thursday, however in London it's 4:13 AM because they add an hour for DST.
I'd recommend using a site such as http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ to compare your locale to Los Angeles, as that is the closest metro area to our offices.

Hey Loki , about the website http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ it doesnt give the AM and PM for me :P i belive then that 5,20PM should be 17.20 instead XD i kinda like how time work on different countries some have 24hour and other just 12hour but use AM & PM
