Is it possible for me to get banned for killing a person over and over because their weak and never give up? I don't want to be banned for being good, and I don't know how someone can tell the difference between that and "dual"
If the opponent is actually trying to kill you, then no it isn't bannable.
But seriously, too many people swap or what you say "Dual Boxing" sometimes. I look at the park forums and I haven't SEEN Soke before but I mostly see him with 100+ wins and 0 losses. It's possible but I cant prove he swaps or Dual Boxes myself D:
i dont know if this is cosidered swapping or not but i enjoy going into trade wins rooms with my lvl 50 ronan.

A. leave
or
B. say they want first win and u kill them anyway , then they leave ;D

Yea, there are some players that play, and get easily beaten...however, the community is very sensitive so the chance of a player that plays with the same perseon and stays regardless of results is like 1/100000...Im not kidding with the odds -_-
However, swapping wins means you're exploiting the system for EXP, Win % and the Champ armors... which is far more than enough to get you actioned
Just look at the EXP ranks ingame...its disgusting

As you said, swappings is kinda cheap, but earning exp', Win% and camp' armor on those cheaters is quite equal. The swappers is gonna lose and if he leave the room, it's a win for his oponent. Win or win. And you just have to says "it's my way of bringing down the hammer". In a way, that's a good deal...
Finally, it's opening a room "I win you win", exept that only one person in the room is wining. Isn't that look like a legal swapping ?
