seraph, I keep forgetting the answer to this. Is leeching against the ToU? If it is, which category do you file it under using the in-game report system?

People who "Dual Box" as you refer to it. Usually make normal rooms with only 1 open slot. These rooms are not locked. They do it like this so their room appears normal like all the others. Only thing, there are two slots open. One for their main account, one for their dummy account.
It's impossible to catch these kind of players "in action," unless a GM just so happens to stumble upon them.
These players must be reported on the rankings. I have done this, at least once a week. I have done this with great succession. This is the only way to catch these players.
